Baltimore wedding photos // Jessi + Eric’s best day ever!
I don’t know exactly what he whispered in her ear at their first look, but the awe on his face gave away his feelings about the woman walking toward him – that she was the most beautiful and lovely thing he’d ever seen. And in return, her face lit up with the biggest, happiest, most fulfilled smile when they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day, as they held each other close and filled the mere inches of space between them with a lifetime of love.
And that’s the moment that everything clicked, fell right into place, the emotions rushing out – nervous energy dissipating and riding away on the summer breeze as the warm sunlight glittered and sparkled through the leaf-heavy tree branches to let us know that this day would be nothing short of absolutely perfect.
I’ve already told you how sweet it is, the way these two take care of each other, but I haven’t told you that, as much as I adore how sweet they are to each other, they are just as genuinely kind and caring to the ones who surrounded them with love on their wedding day, which in turn makes me love the two of them even more. Every guest was greeted with such joy and a tender squeeze, and the thought that went into making sure each one enjoyed the day as much as Jessi + Eric did was so evident in every beautiful detail.
And beautiful it truly was. From the whimsical touch of pineapples to dancing under string lights, every single moment was breathtaking. Jess poured every ounce of her incredible heart into making this the day of her dreams, and I can’t imagine it turning out any better. But of all the things that filled the day with loveliness, not one was more radiant than the two wonderful people who brought everyone together for a fabulous celebration.
Jess and Eric – you are so uniquely amazing and it has been the biggest pleasure getting to know the two of you. I feel like you are my kindred old-souls. Never stop enjoying the tender moments, taking walks and telling each other stories – and make sure you dream up the best ones for yourselves and then bring them to life together. I know you each have so many joyful adventures and lots of at-home snuggles ahead to share and enjoy with your best friend. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the honor of being a part of your wedding day – every moment made my heart sing.
