Evergreen Museum wedding // An autumn wedding in Baltimore
This Evergreen Museum wedding was absolutely one of my top five favorites from 2014.
Last year, Dani and I shot over 30 weddings together, and this was one of the best. I have loved, loved, working alongside her for two years, and will dearly miss the fun of being her second photographer, but am super excited to be taking on more weddings of my own this year – and am so in love with the brides and grooms who have invited me into their worlds to be a part of their weddings!
But this day…this wedding. I cannot possibly pick just one image to talk about from this one. I want to tell you that there was a difficult situation that we made the best of, or that there was a challenge to be overcome, but that would be a lie. Some days are just perfection, the things that dreams are made of. There was plenty of time, the most fabulous location, beautiful sunlight, and two people wonderfully in love.
It was a day to enjoy the simplicity of what is naturally beautiful, of stepping back to make something classic yet real and full of joy.
