Vacation

I’m quickly learning that taking care of myself is an essential part of being self-employed. Don’t get me wrong…I wouldn’t trade my job for the world. But I am thoroughly enjoying this break and relishing the moments of reflection and recreation – in the very purest sense of the word.

And in a spurt of what may have been insanity, I packed all of my film cameras to play with during the week. So whatever pictures I take will be a surprise to discover in the weeks to come (whenever I get around to sending off the rolls…I’m terrible at the post office). Well, that, and I do still have my phone…
